Responsibilities

• Conduct regular and random patrols of the property to deter incidents and report issues.
• Respond calmly to incidents, follow site procedures and communicate with responders.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and maintain logs and reports.
• Maintain a professional presence to deter unauthorized activity and welcome tenants.
