Qualifications

• Requires minimum 21 years old and HS diploma; criminal justice background is a plus.
• Valid California Guard Card and Firearm Permit are required.
• Experience in private security, military, or law enforcement preferred.
• Valid CA driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Commitment to ongoing training and development.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas by vehicle and on foot to deter crime.
• Identify and report suspicious activity or security breaches.
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents with promptness.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services when needed.
• Prepare clear daily activity and incident reports.
• Assist the public and ensure safety during emergencies.
• Comply with all policies, safety rules, and laws.
