Job summary

Elite Protective Services Boston is seeking an armed patrol officer for a full-time night-shift role in the Greater Boston area. The position runs 8:00 PM–6:00 AM on Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday, with 4 days on and 3 days off and weekly pay.

Compensation includes 40 hours per week at $23–$24 per hour plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus, plus weekly pay and semi-annual increases. Prior armed patrol experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license and Massachusetts Class A Large Capacity License to Carry Firearms are required.

Responsibilities

• Remove unauthorized persons from properties.
• Respond to burglary and fire alarm dispatches for commercial and residential sites.
• Conduct vehicular and foot patrols across multiple locations in Greater Boston.
• Complete detailed and legible patrol and response reports.

Elite Protective Services (EPS) is a locally owned and operated alarm response, patrol, and security company founded in 1982. We serve the Greater Boston area with property patrol, alarm response, and security guard services for banks, property managers, small businesses, and corporate and residential accounts totaling over 400 clients city‑wide.

Compensation

Full‑time armed patrol officer – 10‑hour night shifts on Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday from 8:00 pm to 6:00 am. 4 days on and 3 days off, permanent role with fixed schedule and weekly pay.

• 40 hours per week at $23–$24 per hour, plus a $1,000 sign‑on bonus.
• Weekly pay and semi‑annual increases.

Responsibilities

• Removal of unauthorized persons.
• Responding to commercial and residential burglary and fire alarm dispatches.
• Conducting vehicular and foot patrols of multiple locations throughout Greater Boston.
• Completing detailed and legible response and patrol reports.

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license and a Massachusetts Class "A" Large Capacity License to Carry Firearms.
• Armed, uniformed patrol duties; experience preferred but not required.
