Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors and authorized personnel per site procedures.
• Perform regular armed patrols of buildings, grounds and parking areas to deter incidents.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for entry and movement.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and disturbances following reporting protocols.
• Prepare clear activity reports and shift communications.
