Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Shift Supervisor to oversee security services at the Spartanburg site, overnight shift, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. You will supervise officers, coach staff, and serve as a liaison between the client and Operations Managers, ensuring safety and strong customer service.

This full-time role requires 21+ years old, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work with computer or tablet systems.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Background investigation and drug screen as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality security services.
• Liaise between clients, Operations Managers and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Maintain scheduling, reporting and client communications.
