St. Moritz Security Services, Inc. is seeking an Armed Security Officer for the Jefferson, OH area. This full-time role operates with Monday–Friday daytime hours and requires an active OPOTA armed certification, a high school diploma, and reliable transportation.

The position includes patrolling, monitoring, incident reporting, and enforcing client policies while providing access-control support and customer service to clients and visitors. Summers off is noted in the job details.

Qualifications

Job Skills / Requirements

Armed Security Officer – Jefferson, OH

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Pay: $19.36 per hour
• Time Off: Summers off
• Required Certification: Valid Ohio OPOTA Armed Certification

Main Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle

Required Qualifications

• Personal firearm, Level II or higher retention holster, and duty belt
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–3 years of security, law enforcement, military, or customer service experience
• Military background a plus
• Criminal justice or public safety education a plus
