This part-time role is based in Dallas, Texas, offering an hourly rate of $24.00–$25.00 with up to 25% travel and opportunities to grow within a leading security company. Key responsibilities include access control, policy enforcement, safety monitoring, patrols, incident reporting, and strong client interaction.

Qualifications

• Valid armed guard permit required.
• Valid security guard permit required.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures.
• Physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
• Previous armed guard experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Access control: Manage entry for guests and customers.
• Policy enforcement: Uphold client and company policies and procedures.
• Safety monitoring: Observe and report fire and safety hazards.
• Patrol duties: Conduct routine foot patrols around buildings and grounds.
• Incident reporting: Communicate pertinent issues to the operations manager, clients, and other department managers.
• Public interaction: Engage with clients, visitors, public safety officials, employees, and the public.
• Report writing: Document incidents and observations accurately.
• Additional duties: Carry out other assigned tasks as needed.
