Job summary

GardaWorld is hiring an ARMED Response Security Officer in Tampa, FL. This role offers open availability for 2nd and 3rd shifts, with an armed wage of $21.00 per hour and $18.00 per hour unarmed. You will patrol, monitor, and control access while delivering customer service and reporting incidents.

Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S., have a HS diploma or GED, and pass extensive screenings. Florida security licenses and a valid driver’s license with a clean record are required.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills
• MUST have Security, Military, Law Enforcement , Minimum 6 months Armed Corrections Experience
• Must have a Florida Class D/ G security Licenses
• This is a Driving Post. Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
