Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Armed Mobile Patrol Driver Flex in Maitland, FL. The role offers 30–40 hours per week with a flexible, rotating schedule through the Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift program.

You will patrol sites, respond to incidents, and support client needs while gaining experience across industries. The position requires armed security experience, a valid driver’s license, and a CPO certification.

Qualifications

• At least one year of armed security experience.
• A valid driver’s license in the job location state.
• Must be available to work varying shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of fire or presence of unauthorized persons.
• Warn violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking, or carrying forbidden articles.
• Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitor entrances and exits.
• Observe departing personnel to protect against theft of company property and ensure proper removal of property.
• Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain logs.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors courteously and professionally.
• Make emergency notifications as necessary per site Post Orders.
