Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies at a government location.

• Respond to incidents, disturbances, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Monitor access to restricted areas and verify authorized entry.
• Carry and maintain authorized equipment in compliance with laws and site policies.
