Job summary

TriCorps is hiring an Armed Level III Security Officer to guard the Police Administration building in El Paso, TX. The role requires carrying an armed license and delivering professional, reliable security services for staff and visitors.

Shifts include days, evenings, graveyards, weekends and holidays. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, paid vacation and sick days. This is a full-time position located in a government building environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Texas PSB Level III License (Armed Security Officer).
• Demonstrate reliability, excellent communication skills and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible and professional presence in the front lobby to deter disruptions and ensure a secure environment.
• Armed security presence for Security Officers assigned to the Police Administration building.
• Monitor the building and keep unauthorized personnel out.
• Be responsible for security in areas around and within the administration building as directed.
• Process persons entering the Police Administration building while at the front information/security desk.
• Walk and patrol the building perimeter and parking lot area as needed.
