Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enforce courthouse entry and ID procedures using screening equipment.
• Patrol courthouses and grounds per post orders to deter threats.
• Maintain posts at courtrooms, judge chambers and jury rooms; monitor CCTV and alarms.
• Provide armed escort services for judges and court staff as directed.
• Oversee pedestrian and parking control to ensure safety.
• Detain or remove individuals who threaten safety or order.
• Support courtroom operations and escort witnesses when needed.
• Prepare accurate incident and security reports.
• Conduct security checks before and after proceedings.
