Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED.
• 1-2 years technical experience in Criminal Justice, Private Security, Police experience or Military preferred.
• Current Private Security handgun certification or ability to obtain certification within 45 days of hire
• Valid Driver's License with no more than 4 driving points on MVR
• No DUI/DWI convictions within the last 5 years
• No major moving violations convictions

Responsibilities

• Patrol buildings and grounds to deter/prevent violations.
• Post at locations as assigned and control access for hospital premises.
• Direct traffic and escort patients, visitors, and staff as needed.
• Respond to safety concerns and emergencies; coordinate with police/fire agencies.
• Maintain security logs and report hazards following policy guidelines.
