Job Summary

The Armed Security Guard provides security, installation access control, roving patrols, surveillance, monitoring, and overall safeguarding to the installation and its tenants. This is a United States Army installation, which includes access to gym and workout facilities, PX, Burger King, and MWR.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizen
• U.S. military experience or equivalent, with DD214 within the last 10 years
• Potential to obtain U.S. Secret Security Clearance (CGS-Kosovo can sponsor)
• Two (2) years’ experience in armed security, law enforcement, or military operations within the past 10 years
• Completion of a recognized civilian security or law enforcement academy or military security training (verification required)
• Current/active U.S. Passport
• Clean criminal background, willing to undergo FBI/NCIC background check
• Experience with security operations and basic force protection
• Excellent communication skills
• Medically fit and able to undergo medical testing
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with documentation
• Physical Ability Test: run 1.5 miles in 17:30, 21 pushups in 2 mins
• Willing to undergo random drug testing
• Work schedule: 48 hours/week, with possible schedule variations and overtime
• Physical fitness to perform guard duties in various weather and terrain conditions
