Job summary

Cambridge Security Services is seeking an Armed Gatehouse Security Officer to protect residents and guests at an upscale country club community in Boca Raton. You will perform access control, patrols, CCTV monitoring, and incident reporting with professional courtesy.

The ideal candidate is reliable, observant, and able to respond to emergencies promptly while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-end environment. Florida licenses and a clean background are required.

Qualifications

• Must pass background screening and drug test.
• Must be able to pass a mental health assessment.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct armed foot and/or vehicle patrols to monitor for security concerns.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems for site awareness.
• Respond to emergencies and incidents; alert authorities when needed.
• Verify guest/vendor credentials and control entrances/exits.
• Enforce property rules and post orders; address violations.
• Prepare detailed reports on accidents and incidents.
• Maintain daily activity logs for management.
• Provide high-level customer service to residents, staff, and guests.
• Act as a visual deterrent to crime and maintain a safe environment.
