Qualifications

• Background check and drug screening as required by law.
• Licensing requirements as per state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to members, visitors and employees at a financial institution.
• Manage the front desk by greeting visitors and verifying ID/access.
• Monitor lobby activity, access points, alarm notifications and surveillance systems.
• Respond calmly to incidents, following escalation and notification procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs and incident reports with professional communication.
