PalAmerican Security is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee all security officers, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction. The role requires managing officers, conducting interviews, and delivering training across multiple sites in Nevada.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of managing experience in a service organization.
• Experience in security, law enforcement, military, or customer service is desired.
• Proficiency in scheduling, operations, and employee management.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel within Nevada.

Responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Armed License (PILB) or ability to obtain one
• Own an approved weapon
