Job summary

Allstate Security is seeking an Armed Field Supervisor in San Diego to lead a team of security officers across client locations, perform site inspections, and ensure compliance with post orders and company standards.

The role requires 2–3 years of security experience, a California BSIS Guard Card with armed permit, and a valid driver’s license. Travel between client sites and graveyard shift availability are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 25 years of age.
• Active California BSIS Guard Card and armed permit.
• Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 2–3 years of security experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in report writing and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support security officers across assigned client locations.
• Conduct site inspections and verify compliance with post orders, company policies, and uniform standards.
• Respond professionally to incidents, client concerns, and operational needs.
• Coach officers, evaluate performance, and document inspections and corrective actions.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing adjustments, and emergency shift coverage.
• Coordinate with Operations, HR, and Recruiting on staffing and performance.
