Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide field support at multiple sites as needed, including weekends.
• Maintain situational awareness and monitor activity.
• Deliver excellent customer service to employees and visitors.
• Stay calm and make effective decisions during critical or high-stress situations.
• Conduct walking patrols to enhance safety and identify security concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify identification and credentials.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, reports, and incident documentation.
• Enforce site-specific post orders and security procedures.
• Perform routine tasks: lock/unlock doors, arm/disarm systems, monitor cameras.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents.
• Maintain a clean, professional uniform and appearance.
• Support compliance with SEI and client policies.
