Micron Technology, Inc is seeking an experienced Armed Executive Protection (EP) Agent to provide discreet, professional protection for high‑profile clients and senior executives. The role emphasizes proactive risk mitigation, secure transportation, and close protection across dynamic environments.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of armed protection experience (C‑suite or VIP security), excellent fitness, California BSIS licenses (Guard Card, Exposed Firearm Permit) plus CPR/First Aid.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of executive protection experience in armed roles or equivalent.
• Experience protecting high-net-worth individuals, C-suite, or VIPs.
• Excellent fitness and ability to remain alert for long periods.
• Strong judgment and composure under pressure.
• California BSIS licenses: Guard Card and Exposed Firearm Permit.
• LEOSA (HR 218) qualification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide armed close protection for clients in diverse environments.
• Develop threat assessments, route planning, and pre‑advance operations.
• Secure client residences, vehicles, and venues; maintain situational awareness.
• Coordinate with operations center and liaise with law enforcement.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding client movements and details.
