Job summary

Garda World Cash in Texas is seeking a full-time armored truck driver/messenger to safely and efficiently transport valuables and issue receipts. Heavy lifting up to 50 lbs and strong customer service are required to meet high standards of service.

Applicants must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and be able to obtain/maintain active guard and firearm permits as required by state regulations. All positions are armed and safety-focused in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older with a valid and clean driver’s license.
• Have or be able to obtain and maintain active guard and firearm permits or licenses on a current basis as required by state regulations.
• Strong customer service skills and can communicate effectively in person and by radio.
• Willing to operate large vehicles in all weather and traffic conditions. Heavy lifting required (50lbs+)

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently transport valuables between locations.
• Issue and receive confirmation receipts to verify transfers.
• Follow highest driver safety standards in all weather conditions.
• Interact with customers and maintain professional rapport.
