Job summary

GardaWorld is seeking an armored truck Driver/Messenger in Richardson, TX. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of valuables, issuing and receiving receipts, and maintaining strict safety and security standards while interacting with customers.

Candidates must be 21+, hold a valid driver’s license, and be able to obtain required guard and firearm permits. Heavy lifting is involved and armed driving is required in this role.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older with a valid and clean driver’s license.
• Active guard and firearm permits/licenses required or obtainable as per state regulations.
• Strong customer service skills and effective communication in person and by radio.
• Ability to operate large vehicles in all weather and traffic conditions; heavy lifting (50lbs+) is required.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently transport valuables to designated locations.
• Issue and receive confirmation receipts to verify transfers.
• Maintain highest levels of driver safety and security in all conditions.
• Follow all procedures for armed drivers and carry required licenses.
