Job summary

Loomis US is seeking an Armed Driver Guard in Taunton, MA to securely transport cash, coins, and valuables on designated routes. You will join a team ensuring safe pickups and deliveries and will count and record cargo as part of daily operations.

The role requires strong driving history, completion of certifications as needed, and compliance with firearms requirements. This is a full-time, hourly position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum 3-year driving record.
• Ability to obtain Medical Examiners Certificate via DOT-approved medical examiners.
• A valid firearms permit or ability to pass applicable firearms requirements.
• Loomis will pay for security and firearms qualifications, licensing and permitting.

Responsibilities

• Drive automatic armored vehicles on designated routes servicing customer locations.
• Service ATMs and Smart Safes.
• Deliver deposits and change orders, pick up deposits.
• Load/unload vehicle cargo including coins and bags.
• Count items, record, and sign for cargo.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
