Job summary

Loomis AB is seeking an Armed Driver Guard to securely transport cash, coins, and valuables. You will work with a team to ensure safe pickups and deliveries, servicing ATMs and customer stops, and counting cargo as you go.

The role requires legal firearms permits or the ability to obtain them, and a potential TPS certification. The position is full-time with a typical 40–50 hour week and extensive on-vehicle work.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old.
• At least a 3-year driving record.
• Ability to obtain Medical Examiner's Certificate via DOT-approved medical examiners.
• A valid firearms permit or the ability to pass applicable firearms requirements per the state to which you are applying is required.
• Open to becoming Total Protection System (TPS) certified at the company’s expense if requested.

Responsibilities

• Drive automatic armored vehicles on designated routes servicing customer locations.
• Service ATMs and Smart Safes.
• Deliver deposits and change orders; pick up deposits from customer stops.
• Load/unload cargo, including bags and boxes of coins; count items and sign for cargo.
