Qualifications

• Experience as a certified law enforcement officer within the last seven years.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Must clear Department of Justice scrutiny.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Perform entrance control and enforce identification systems.
• Patrol court facilities and grounds.
• Stand guard at stationary posts and operate security equipment.
• Provide armed escort services when directed.
• Prepare reports on contract performance issues.
• Secure unattended courtrooms and inspect them prior to proceedings.
• Enforce federal law in the performance of duties.

Skills

Ability to read, write, and speak English

Verifiable experience as a certified law enforcement officer

Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen

Ability to provide security presence

Education
