Qualifications

• State-issued armed security guard license required.
• Experience operating screening equipment and enforcing access control.

Responsibilities

• Operate security screening equipment at court entrances to detect prohibited items
• Verify identification, badges, and credentials for all entrants
• Enforce security procedures and maintain orderly access control
• Respond to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies per protocol
• Document incidents, write clear reports, and log activities
• Communicate professionally with court staff, visitors, and law enforcement
• Patrol assigned areas and monitor for suspicious behavior
