Job summary

Brink’s Global Services is seeking an armed CDL A or CDL B Driver to safely operate armored vehicles and protect valuables on local routes. Responsibilities include guarding the Messenger, maintaining communications, documenting routes, and ensuring vehicle readiness.

Minimum qualifications include 1 year driving experience, a CDL, and compliance with DOT rules. A strong customer-service mindset is essential for interactions with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience.
• Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and control of armored vehicle at all times.
• Guard the Messenger during delivery or pickup of valuables at customer location.
• Maintain radio communication with Messenger, other crew, and dispatch.
• Load and unload armored vehicle as needed.
• Report faults and complete driving route documentation.
• Ensure vehicle interior/exterior cleanliness and report issues.
• Provide high level customer service to Brink’s customers.
• Assist location Sort Operation with movement of valuables as needed.
• Comply with DOT regulations and traffic laws.
