Precision Security Team is hiring Armed Security Guards for multiple openings on a higher education campus in Fort Lupton, CO. Guards protect personnel, property, assets, and information with a professional security presence across campus facilities.

This role requires situational awareness, sound judgment, and calmness under pressure. Schedule options include day, swing, overnight shifts; part-time or full-time, with a 24/7 schedule and a compensation of $23.95/hour based on site assignment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous armed security experience preferred.
• Military, law enforcement, corrections, or related experience encouraged.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
• Current, valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Protect and monitor assigned properties via patrols and surveillance.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies with de-escalation and coordination with authorities.
• Manage access control by verifying identities and credentials.
• Document security activity with incident reports and logs.
• Operate CCTV, alarm systems, and security software.
• Safely carry and maintain firearms and equipment per policy.
• Protect confidential client information.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by PST or client.
