Job summary

Brink's Global Services U.S., Inc. is seeking an armed FT Air Courier Messenger to escort customer cargo from plane side to customer locations while providing armed security.

This role requires strict adherence to security rules and safe handling of liability during transit and on Brink's premises. Responsibilities include monitoring shipments on tarmac, ensuring secure delivery, complying with DOT and traffic regulations, and delivering outstanding customer service to Brink's customers during

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of courier/guard experience in secured logistics
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• A valid driver's license
• Satisfy all Department of Transportation requirements
• A valid weapons permit or ability to obtain one
• A valid guard card or ability to obtain one
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Escort customer cargo from plane side to customer locations while providing armed security
• Monitor shipments on the tarmac during transfer
• Ensure secured delivery of liability and provide outstanding service
• Maintain security and safety of vehicles and premises
• Report security or safety violations to management
• Cross-train and perform other duties as assigned
