Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree (or Associate with 5 years) and strong leadership and communication skills; US citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Cyber Security, Business, Engineering, Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Associate degree with 5 years of relevant experience may substitute for the bachelor requirement.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in technical project execution, service delivery, or customer support operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of contract tasks for a basic technical project, ensuring alignment with objectives, customers, schedule and budget.
• Provide administrative and operational leadership for the project within guidance from PM and customer.
• Oversee service delivery operations, including support processes, escalation management and end-user satisfaction.
• Manage policies and initiatives to improve efficiency, consistency, and service quality.
• Monitor service metrics, workloads, and customer feedback to drive process improvements.
• Coordinate across teams to support service continuity, readiness and future releases.
• Resolve escalated issues requiring cross-department collaboration.
• Support resource planning, staffing coordination and team organization.
• Mentor team leads, supervisors or junior staff and foster accountability.
• Contribute to business growth through strong client relationships and effective delivery.
