Job summary

Binny's Beverage Depot in Arlington Heights, IL is seeking a part-time Store Associate to assist customers, manage register operations, and maintain clean, organized shopping areas. This role requires 21+ years of age and availability evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation starts at $16.25–$17.50 per hour with a range of benefits for part-time staff. You will learn product knowledge and follow safety, security, and shipping procedures while supporting store management with daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays, as scheduled.
• Ability to count cash and make change accurately.
• Ability to operate business machines (scanners, computer keyboards, etc.).
• Ability to pass any applicable alcohol training class and maintain a current certification card.
• Ability to repeatedly lift 40-50 pounds.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and managers.
• Ability to follow directions and complete assignments.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time.

Assist in developing sales, maintaining productivity levels and providing superior customer service, while ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the store. Work as part of a team, following the directions of managers and supervisors, while adhering to the policies and procedures explained in the Employee Handbook.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Part-Time Store Associates $16.25-$17.50 based on experience and availability
