Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based telehealth care to clients in Arizona. You’ll work independently within a supportive clinical community, handling a diverse caseload including couples and children.

We cover credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing, with paid orientation and training. Flexible scheduling runs seven days a week, 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET, and bi-weekly pay is guaranteed for completed sessions.

Qualifications

• Must hold an independent clinical license in Arizona (LPC/LMFT/LCSW).
• Available to provide at least 15 sessions weekly with 20 hours of availability.
• Comfortable delivering evidence-based care via telehealth and using EHR tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions to Arizona clients.
• Maintain a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing.
• Collaborate with a clinical community and participate in team discussions.
