Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and recommend practical solutions within established processes and standards.
• Experience using project management and design tools.

• Bring our culture to life by supporting employee engagement activities with local leaders.

• Manage promotional items and vendor communications to ensure timely replenishment.
• Support community partnerships and events across Arizona.
• Coordinate with vendors on timelines, deliverables, and project needs.
• Oversee branded vehicle scheduling and maintenance for events and marketing activities.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities, anticipate needs, and keep stakeholders informed.
