Compensation:

$110,000 – $170,000 DOE + Bonuses + Growth Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking a California-based attorney who holds an active Arizona law license to join our growing team. This is a rare opportunity for a motivated attorney to work remotely or in a hybrid structure while practicing law under an Arizona license in a fast-scaling, tech-forward law firm environment.

The ideal candidate is comfortable handling employment law, consumer protection, or personal injury cases, and thrives in a modern, digital-first workflow with strong intake support and scalable legal systems already in place.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal services to Arizona clients while operating from California

  • Draft and review demand letters, legal pleadings, and case evaluations

  • Oversee settlement negotiations and supervise support staff on your caseload

  • Collaborate with intake, paralegal, and litigation teams to ensure efficient case flow

  • Maintain compliance with Arizona ethical rules and ABS regulatory structure (if applicable)

  • Participate in strategy meetings, virtual hearings, and mediations as needed

Qualifications:

  • Active Arizona Bar license in good standing (REQUIRED)

  • Reside in California (Southern California )

  • 2–5+ years of experience in litigation, employment law, consumer law, or PI

  • Strong legal writing and client communication skills

  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment

  • Familiarity with digital case management systems (Filevine, Clio, or equivalent)

Skills:

  • Experience supporting or operating within an Arizona ABS (Alternative Business Structure)

  • Comfort working with virtual teams, VAs, and high-volume client workflows

  • Spanish or other fluency a plus
