Compensation:
$110,000 – $170,000 DOE + Bonuses + Growth Opportunity
About the Role:
We are seeking a California-based attorney who holds an active Arizona law license to join our growing team. This is a rare opportunity for a motivated attorney to work remotely or in a hybrid structure while practicing law under an Arizona license in a fast-scaling, tech-forward law firm environment.
The ideal candidate is comfortable handling employment law, consumer protection, or personal injury cases, and thrives in a modern, digital-first workflow with strong intake support and scalable legal systems already in place.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal services to Arizona clients while operating from California
Draft and review demand letters, legal pleadings, and case evaluations
Oversee settlement negotiations and supervise support staff on your caseload
Collaborate with intake, paralegal, and litigation teams to ensure efficient case flow
Maintain compliance with Arizona ethical rules and ABS regulatory structure (if applicable)
Participate in strategy meetings, virtual hearings, and mediations as needed
Qualifications:
Active Arizona Bar license in good standing (REQUIRED)
Reside in California (Southern California )
2–5+ years of experience in litigation, employment law, consumer law, or PI
Strong legal writing and client communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
Familiarity with digital case management systems (Filevine, Clio, or equivalent)
Skills:
Experience supporting or operating within an Arizona ABS (Alternative Business Structure)
Comfort working with virtual teams, VAs, and high-volume client workflows
Spanish or other fluency a plus
