Aldridge Electric is seeking a Project Manager (Foundations) to oversee projects in Arizona. You will lead safety culture, manage schedules, budgets, and scope, and mentor team members on a 11/3 rotation. Strong Civil/Construction background and 5+ years of PM experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction/project management experience.
• Ability to travel to job sites and on an 11/3 rotation schedule.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and prioritization to meet deadlines.
• Adaptable and willing to embrace new challenges.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace preferred.

Responsibilities

• Champion a strong safety culture on assigned projects through proactive leadership.
• Provide ongoing mentorship and training to direct reports and conduct performance conversations.
• Manage all facets of assigned projects including safety, planning, scheduling, financials and execution.
• Monitor project health and implement changes as needed.
• Own financial tracking and reporting for projects and manage cash flow.
• Proactively manage subcontractors and vendors, including safety and payments.
• Communicate with customers to address concerns and meet contractual requirements.
• Visit project sites to support planning and progress monitoring.
