Qualifications

• Two or more years of civil litigation experience preferred.
• Experience with Arizona state and federal court procedures.
• Excellent research, writing, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Additional state bar admissions strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, and other court filings.
• Manage discovery, prepare for and take depositions, and review evidence.
• Assist with mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation.
• Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and other proceedings as required.
• Monitor deadlines and collaborate with attorneys and staff.
