Job summary

Somerset Staffing is seeking an experienced Ariba Architect in Houston, TX, to lead Ariba deployments with Sourcing, Contract Management, and P2P. The candidate must have 10+ years of architect-level experience and in-depth knowledge of Ariba modules and ERP integrations.

The role requires strong collaboration with business stakeholders, solution design for upstream procurement, and SME guidance during client workshops. Hybrid work arrangement in a Senior capacity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of architect-level experience in Ariba implementations
• Deep knowledge of Ariba Sourcing, Contract Management and P2P processes
• Experience deploying Ariba Contract Management; EC&O / ePC
• Ability to design scalable upstream procurement architectures
• SME for Ariba during client workshops
• Ensure Ariba-ERP integration with SAP S/4HANA
• Proven ability to gather requirements and perform gap analysis
• Collaborate with middleware teams for SAP/non-SAP integrations

Description

Need a strong architect level candidate.. with over 10 years of exp.

Indepth knowledge of Ariba modules Sourcing, Contract management and P2P processes including invoice and inventory management.

Experience in deploying /implementing ariba contract management solution , EC&O /ePC (eng procurement and construction )

MUST HAVE

• Strong understanding of procurement best practices and compliance requirements
• Experience in designing and optimizing workflows and user experiences
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for upstream procurement processes
• Design solutions leveraging Aribas upstream Downstream and SCC modules to optimize sourcing to Pay process
• Serve as a subject matter expert SME for Ariba solutions during client workshops
• Ensure seamless integration between Ariba modules and ERP systems - SAP S4 hana
• Guide the implementation of best practices for Ariba Solutions
• Gather and document business needs related to sourcing contracts and spend analysis
• Perform gap analysis between client requirements and standard Ariba functionality
• Act as a liaison between procurement teams and technical teams for Ariba downstream workflows
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies in invoice and payment processing
• Define a scalable and flexible architecture for upstream processes
• Work with middleware teams to ensure proper integration with SAP or nonSAP systems
• Proficiency in integration tools eg SAP PIPO /APIbased integration

NICE TO HAVE:

• Handson experience with Ariba Network and its integration with SAP and nonSAP ERP systems
• GOOD KNOWLEDGE of S4 HANA mm module.
