Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking an Analyst to support Ariba and SAP procurement functions, providing analytical and tactical support and day-to-day master data management.

You will work with Procurement Category Managers, Accounts Payable and Master Data teams to drive performance within the procurement community. You will contribute to the development and publication of reporting, dashboards, KPIs, SOPs, and QRGs for Ariba, while assisting with pricing contracts and cross-functional issue

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Supply Chain or related experience.
• BA, BS or equivalent degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Finance or related field.
• SAP experience is preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day support and maintenance of Ariba (catalogs/contracts, etc.).
• Assist with SAP Pricing Contracts, updating pricing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to solve issues and support users.
• Resolve invoice/PO discrepancies using SAP, Ariba, Esker.
• Handle master data change requests for Procurement.
• Develop and publish reporting, dashboards and KPIs.
• Develop and publish SOPs and/or QRGs for Ariba.
• Provide ad-hoc analyses as required.
