Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our Dallas-based team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a field-based, customer-facing environment and is passionate about developing long-term client relationships.

The position requires frequent visits to customers (at least three days per week) to strengthen partnerships, address service issues, support pricing discussions, and drive sales growth. The Sales Executive will also handle daily customer interactions by phone or email, providing support, resolving issues, and ensuring timely follow-up on orders and complaints.

On office-based days (approximately two per week), the focus will shift to analyzing sales reports, identifying trends, tracking performance by customer and product line, and proposing action plans to recover accounts or strengthen growing ones. Additionally, the role includes helping ensure timely payment from clients, clarifying account statements, and maintaining healthy receivables.

This is a highly proactive role that blends commercial execution, customer service, and business analysis (ideal for someone looking to make a measurable impact).

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

  • Conduct regular in-person visits to assess needs, promote sales, and resolve issues.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with marketing initiatives.
  • Understand and promote Vitro Autoglass programs and services.
  • Analyze client sales trends and identify risk or growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and interpret sales and performance reports.
  • Support quote development and assist with pricing strategies within established guidelines.
  • Handle service issues and customer complaints with urgency and professionalism.
  • Monitor client payment behavior and support receivables management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the automotive, distribution, or industrial sector.
  • Native-level English required, Spanish fluency highly preferred.
  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable managing pricing conversations and navigating client expectations.
  • Proficient in sales reporting, CRM tools, and Excel-based analysis.
  • Experience with automotive aftermarket or glass industry is a plus.

Preferred Experience

  • Sales experience in automotive replacement glass (ARG) or related industries.
  • Familiarity with aftermarket distribution channels, repair shops, or fleet customers.
  • Understanding of credit management and client account maintenance.
