ASM Global-AEG Management Bakersfield LLC. is seeking Event Attendants for the Dignity Health Arena, Theater & Convention Center. You will help keep restrooms, floors and common areas clean during events and assist with chair setup and crowd flow.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to stand for long periods, and flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays. Training is provided; prior event or hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Training will be provided.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to work in a team environment and interact with multiple departments.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Activities occur both inside and outside the Dignity Health Arena, Theater and Convention Center; some seasonal heat.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods of time and perform heavy lifting of tables, chairs, stage decks, etc.

Responsabilités

• Cleaning and maintaining restrooms before and during events.
• Maintaining clean floors and trash cans during events; oversee cleanliness of the arena and convention center.
• Setting chairs, rest room upkeep, sweeping, mopping, trash collection, and being patron friendly.
