Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a full-time Suite Runner at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, MI. You will respond quickly to changing needs within the suites and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.

The role requires at least 1 year of runner/busser experience, and you must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. We offer weekly pay, training, and development opportunities, employee discounts, and flexible schedules, among other benefits.

• Excellent communication skills.
• 1 year of experience as a runner or busser.
• Flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Take note of relevant information during pre-shift briefing, including service scheduling and guest notes.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to Suite guests.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and preparations.
• Verify kitchen and Suite cleanliness at all times.
