Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in administrative or office position.
• Experience with Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of interpersonal skills; ability to handle confidential situations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Schedule all concession associates to work in assigned areas.
• Coordinate with NPO Coordinator to ensure adequate event coverage.
• Maintain positive relationships with associates.
• Handle inquiries via phone, text, email and written correspondence.
• Check‑in associates and ensure proper uniform on event days.
• Resolve operational issues or emergencies during events with flexibility.
• Assist management with onboarding and training of staff on procedures and safety.
• Ensure compliance with company policies by associates.
• Support orientation and training sessions as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
