Job summary

Fargo Force is seeking dedicated Conversion Crew members to support arena transformation for events. You will set up and break down equipment, handle ice decking, dasher boards, glass, goals, and other items, while ensuring safety and teamwork.

The role requires stamina, reliability, and the ability to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends. Experience is helpful but not required, and candidates will join a fast-paced, behind-the-scenes environment that delivers a memorable fan

Qualifications

• Ability to perform strenuous physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in cold temperatures, loud environments, and varying light conditions.
• Proven reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to workplace rules.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior experience in a similar physically demanding role is a plus, but not required.
• A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a successful team environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute the setup and breakdown of event equipment, including ice decking, dasher boards, glass, goals, netting, staging, tables, chairs, and other event-specific items
• Safely load and unload equipment and materials from storage and delivery vehicles
• Operate various tools and equipment required for event conversion, following all safety guidelines
• Work collaboratively with other crew members to complete tasks efficiently and on schedule
• Perform pre-event checks and post-event cleanup to maintain a safe and organized environment
• Adhere to all operational procedures and safety protocols at all times
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding task progress and any issues
• Perform other duties as assigned to support arena and event operations
