Job summary

Oak View Group (OVG) is seeking a part-time Dishwasher to support our premium live entertainment venues. The role involves washing and sanitizing tableware, serving materials, and cooking equipment, with a focus on attendance and event-driven workloads. The position offers an hourly rate of $19.50-$20.00 and part-time benefits.

OVG emphasizes safety and cleanliness, requiring adherence to MSDS and food safety policies. The role is evergreen, with ongoing opportunities for availability at events.

Qualifications

• Experience in casual and/or fine dining is helpful.
• Able to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
• Must possess valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures highest sanitation levels for all items used so that they may be used again in clean condition, free of any contamination risk.
• Utilizes and implements M.S.D.S. criteria, food and product safety, and Food and Beverage Policies and Procedures.
• Removes all trash and maintains loading and receiving areas in safe and clean condition.
• Stocks plates, glasses, pots, utensils and pans after cleaning.
• Cleans and sanitizes all food service areas and equipment.
