Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of supervisor experience in custodial or related work.
• Experience in janitorial maintenance and supplies.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience communicating with diverse communities and building cooperative relationships.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and understanding of organizational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in the housekeeping crew for the Arena.
• Provide staff training and corrective coaching.
• Oversee and inspect crew work ensuring timely completion.
• Review event needs (BEO) and coordinate with Event Coordinators on cleaning requirements.
• Respond to emergency service requests and safety concerns.
• Operate cleaning equipment and train others in equipment use.
• Maintain equipment safely and inventory of supplies.
• Perform daily area inspections and ensure tasks are completed.
• Attend to other related duties as assigned.
