Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to work varied schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must understand verbal and written instructions in English.
• Must be able to follow directions and perform job functions with limited supervision.
• Must comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and operation of cleaning equipment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive hand/arm movements.
• Must maintain a professional appearance with provided uniform.
• Ability to work in warm/cold environments and in loud environments.
• Must be willing to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning to maintain cleanliness of restrooms, event spaces, corridors, offices, suites, lobbies, escalators, elevators, and exterior grounds.
• Clean assigned areas to meet building standards in a timely manner.
• Maneuver cleaning carts and supplies to locations to supply required materials.
• Assist with trash removal to support sustainability efforts.
• Maintain inventory and organization of janitorial supplies.
• Assist in cleaning Arena Bowl and other areas for events.
