Job summary

NANA Regional Corporation is seeking a Server at the Alaska Airlines Center in Anchorage. You will deliver high quality food and beverage service in a fast-paced restaurant setting, greeting guests and taking orders with accuracy.

Responsibilities include presenting menus, answering questions, processing orders in Micros POS, delivering courses, handling payments, and maintaining clean stations. Must meet alcohol-service requirements and uphold grooming standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21+ to serve and prepare alcohol.
• At least 1 year of server experience.
• Observes grooming, customer service, and uniform standards.
• English reading/writing required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and take orders.
• Present menu, answer questions, and make recommendations.
• Enter orders into Micros POS system.
• Relay orders to kitchen and serve courses.
• Prepare drink orders, including wine and beer.
• Observe diners and respond to requests until meal ends.
• Serve food items to assigned tables as ordered.
• Total bills and process payments or refer to cashier.
• Clear and reset guest areas after each course.
• Keep stations stocked according to checklists.
• Position may be part-time or on-call.
• Break down service stations and clean equipment.
• Not responsible for supervising staff.
• Other duties as needed.
