Job summary

Sabertooth Sports & Entertainment (SS&E) is seeking a Facility Operations Manager for F&M Bank Arena in Clarksville, TN. You will oversee CMMS, coordinate maintenance, safety programs, and on-site events to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in public assembly facilities, a related two-year degree, and strong vendor management skills. Responsibilities include budgeting, inspections, and staff supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum two-year technical degree in Facility Management or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a public assembly facility operations or maintenance role.
• Knowledge of CMMS work orders, preventative maintenance and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee CMMS usage and work orders.
• Assist Director with financial tasks: PO requests, invoicing.
• Track facility asset management and vendor contracts.
• Lead department projects with the Director of Facility Operations.
• Conduct daily/monthly building inspections for safety and maintenance.
• Ensure OSHA/TOSHA compliance and safety trainings for staff.
• Respond to alarms and oversee event setup and equipment readiness.
• Support after-hours on-call emergencies and event coverage.
