Job summary

Oak View Group is seeking a skilled Building Engineer at the Angel Of The Winds Arena, Everett, WA. The successful candidate will maintain and repair facility systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. This role requires 2–3 years of building maintenance experience and offers an hourly rate of $30.00–$32.00.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years building maintenance experience required.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, building repair, and carpentry preferred.
• Valid Washington State driver’s license and good driving record needed.
• Certified forklift operator with HVAC training preferred.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety policies essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, operate, and repair all systems at the Everett Events Center.
• Coordinate event support and monitor contractor work.
• Track expenditures for equipment, materials, and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with hazardous materials communication programs.
• Participate in emergency response and maintain a safe work environment.
