Job summary

ASM Global seeks a dependable janitorial/custodial worker to perform cleaning duties across our arena facilities. You will sweep, mop, wax floors, empty trash, clean restrooms and mirrors, dust furniture, clean arena seats, and maintain general cleanliness to ensure a safe, presentable venue during events.

Responsibilities also include handling housekeeping equipment, complying with safety standards, and performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years janitorial/custodial experience required.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays as necessary.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stoop, bend, climb stairs and work at heights up to 21 stories; exposure to fumes, dust, noise, wet floors, etc.
• Able to stand for long periods of time, up to 10 hours.
• Able to climb stairs.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, wax floors and perform trash removal.
• Clean restrooms, mirrors, walls and arena seats; dust furniture and fixtures.
• Maintain cleanliness across arenas and facilities; handle equipment and supplies as needed.
